Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Computer literacy
  • Relevant experience

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an efficient correspondence system and control
  • Code and correctly file documents
  • Responsible for addendum and amendments of filling system
  • File confidential correspondence
  • Perform human resources administration
  • Maintain and update personnel leave register
  • Interact with management service department regarding queries
  • Control and type all confidential correspondence and reports emanating from the immediate supervisor
  • Responsible for the incoming and outgoing  correspondences
  • Provide error free typing service and proof read documents
  • Maintain and service of contract payment and keep a record thereof
  • Screen calls and take messages
  • Transfer calls to the relevant sections
  • Attend to the public enquiries personally and telephonically
